1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs - mixed well
1 T PC Cinnamon Plus
1 cup sugar
1 cup dried cranberries
1 PC Almond Pound Cake mix
1 stick of butter (or more if desired).
Fully combine first 5 ingredients. Add in cranberries + 1/3 of the cake mix. Mix well. Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cake mix evenly over batter. Either melt butter and pour over the top or generously dot with butter pats.
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 35-40 minutes.
Allow to cool some before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of Vanilla or Pumpkin Ice Cream.
